Endeavor Brewing & Spirits is opening a new hybrid concept in north Columbus called Barrel & Bloom, set to bring together coffee lovers and craft beer fans under one roof. Located at 2365 W. Dublin-Granville Road, the space will serve as a cozy café by morning and a laid-back taproom by night.
The name reflects its dual purpose—“Barrel” for the brewery roots and “Bloom” for the fresh, welcoming coffeehouse vibe. This is the third concept from the Endeavor team, who already operate a popular taproom and spirits-focused location in the Columbus area.
Barrel & Bloom will feature a full espresso menu and light breakfast offerings during daytime hours. In the evenings, the space will shift to focus on house-brewed beers, including a variety of styles from crisp lagers to hoppy IPAs and seasonal releases.
Designed as a day-to-night destination, the venue is expected to attract everyone from remote workers and students to after-hours beer enthusiasts. With indoor seating and the possibility of a patio, it aims to be a flexible and community-friendly addition to the neighborhood.
An exact opening date hasn’t been announced yet, but the team is aiming for a summer debut. Barrel & Bloom is shaping up to be a fresh and versatile hangout spot for north Columbus residents.
