Gauchos Do Sul, known for its high-end Brazilian churrasco experience, is preparing to bring its signature service and grilled meats to Webster. The restaurant group has filed permits for a ground-up build at 415 Royal Tern Way, within the Flyway at Clear Creek development.
According to public records, the project is expected to cost around $2 million and will span 9,006 square feet. The scope of work is listed as new construction, which suggests this location will be tailored specifically for the Gauchos Do Sul brand rather than retrofitting an existing space. This level of investment indicates a full dine-in experience with the potential for private dining areas, wine displays, and the upscale ambiance the restaurant is known for.
Gauchos Do Sul has built a steady reputation for delivering an authentic Brazilian steakhouse experience, complete with gaucho servers, continuous tableside service, and a wide selection of meats and salads. The current locations in Vintage Park, Highland Village, and Katy have remained popular with both regulars and special occasion diners, so the move into the Webster area signals a push to serve a growing base near the Gulf Coast.
Ledersan Erdmann, Managing Partner at Gauchos Do Sul, told What Now Houston, “We are going to have a full-service bar, a wine list with over 200 different labels, 5 private rooms that can accommodate groups from 10 up to 100 people.” This emphasized that the upscale atmosphere and expansive offerings are part of the brand’s commitment to creating an elevated dining experience tailored for both intimate gatherings and large private events.
The project filed is scheduled to begin in August 2025 with completion targeted for December 2025.
