Crawfish Cafe is gearing up for a major transformation at its 11209 Bellaire Blvd location. Known for its Viet-Cajun seafood boils, the Bellaire staple is expanding into a neighboring suite to create a shared space with its sister concept, Pho Prime. Owner Kiet Duong confirmed the move, which will combine the two brands into one upgraded unit.
According to public permit records, the project includes remodeling the current restaurant to accommodate the combined operation. The estimated cost of construction is listed at $900,000, with a total buildout covering approximately 9,605 square feet.
While Crawfish Cafe continues to draw crowds for its bold seafood flavors and signature garlic butter sauce, Pho Prime has steadily built its own following with a menu focused on traditional Vietnamese pho and rice dishes. By bringing the two together, Duong aims to streamline operations and enhance the overall guest experience.
Crawfish Cafe has successfully grown into multiple locations, and pairing with Pho Prime adds a new layer to its evolving brand strategy. The expanded Bellaire location is currently under construction, with the reopening aimed for December 2025.
