Pink Lotus Thai Opens its Doors in West Midtown

Pink Lotus Thai introduces a regional Thai menu inspired by home-cooked recipes from across the country’s four culinary regions. This 11th outlet of 26 Thai Kitchen & Bar opened for Metro Atlanta diners on July 8, 2025. Pink Lotus Thai also announced the new opening on their Instagram.

Located at 976 Brady Ave NW, STE 110, the new West Midtown restaurant serves a variety of Thai dishes and cocktails. Pink Lotus Thai’s current timings are given below.

  • Monday–Thursday: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM, 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • Friday: 11:30 AM – 2:30 PM, 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Saturday: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

West Midtown locals can make reservations through Resy. Guests at Pink Lotus Thai can get two hours of validated parking in the Stockyards deck via Brady Ave.

  • Miang Kham – This Central Thai street snack is made of betel leaves with fillings of toasted coconut, ginger, lime, peanuts, and palm sugar sauce.
  • Kaeng Rawan – This is a Southern Thai coconut curry consisting of tender beef cheeks and bold, warming spices.
  • Pla Neung Manao – This aromatic Central Thai delicacy features steamed whole branzino with spicy chili-lime garlic sauce, which is topped with fresh herbs.
