According to a recently submitted permit application, a new eatery listed as Ginger’s is preparing to open in San Antonio.
Coming to 4250 TPC Parkway, Suite 106, the eatery will land near establishments such as 18 Oaks, Pollo Filete, and Ravello Italian Cuisine.
What Now San Antonio reached out to the concept’s owners, Sharrah and John Lopez, to inquire about their plans for the upcoming restaurant; however, they could not provide additional information before publication.
Fortunately, the filing reveals that renovations to the existing 3,609-square-foot spot are scheduled to begin on August 11, 2025, and are expected to be completed on October 1. The local firm Villa Park Architects will oversee the finish-out and it will cost an estimated $225,000 to execute.
Additionally, Sharrah Lopez announced the concept on her Instagram profile, writing, “So… for those that don’t know, I’m opening a restaurant!! Built from the ground up! Ginger’s Bistro coming soon to San Antonio!”
