Daniel’s Miami Brings Modern Steakhouse Flair to Coral Gables
Daniel’s Miami is a new addition to the city’s iconic dining spots, where it globally sources a steak program with refined local seafood, house-made pastas, and its hallmark warm, European-style hospitality.
“We’ve been fortunate to build a loyal following in Fort Lauderdale, including many Miami guests who have asked for a Daniel’s experience closer to home,” said Founder Thomas Angelo. “Daniel’s Miami will answer that call in a fresh, yet familiar space, with an exceptional menu, and the same incredible team our guests have come to know,” he added.

Steak: The Centerpiece of the Menu
Daniel’s Miami kitchen focuses on sourcing and partnering with purveyors who prioritize ethical practices, including environmental sustainability and humane treatment. The restaurant uses premium ingredients from locally grown and harvested products from Florida fisheries and farms whenever possible.
For Daniel’s, steak is the centerpiece of the restaurant’s menu. Its premium selection includes a show-stopping Tableside Wagyu Prime Rib from Strube Ranch in Texas and Stone Axe, and Margaret River Steaks Wagyu from Australia.
The menu also includes fresh seafood options such as whole Dover Sole, Lobster Fra Diavolo, and seafood towers. The house-made pastas and vegetarian-friendly plates are just as compelling.
Other highlights include Spaghetti alla Chitarra with truffles, Rigatoni alla Vodka, Branzino, and Chocolate Cake. Comfort-driven dishes like the signature Cacio e Pepe and Chef Danny’s Double Patty Smash Burger round out the menu, along with rotating specials ideal for casual dining.
Coral Gables cocktail veteran Cesar Lopez offers a carefully crafted beverage program that highlights guest favorites like Daniel’s Martini and the Canyon Margarita, in addition to new handcrafted cocktail creations.
Award-winning Wine Dinners Return
Wine and Beverage Director Daniel Bishop will continue the award-winning wine program that earned Fiola Miami Wine Spectator’s “Best of Award of Excellence” for six consecutive years.
Daniel’s will also bring back its monthly wine dinner series, featuring high-profile collaborations. The lineup includes the 2025 U.S. edition of the Rare Tour this October, co-hosted with Rockpool Steakhouse of Sydney and Napa Valley’s Schrader Winery.
Diners can also enjoy Miami Spice on reservations through RESY, which will be held from August 1 to September 30. The restaurant will offer three-course prix-fixe menus for lunch, dinner, and Sunday brunch, as well as a five-course Wagyu Tasting Experience as part of their Signature Miami Spice Experience.
Backed by a proven track record in fine dining and wine programming, Daniel’s Miami adds a new chapter to Florida’s evolving steakhouse landscape.
