From oysters on the half shell to creative bar drinks, Shuckin’ Shack Oyster Bar offers a casual atmosphere for seafood lovers. The Alpharetta location is led by Navy veteran and former restaurant consultant Rob Schryver.

After spending three decades consulting for Buffalo Wild Wings and McDonald’s, Schryver once swore he’d never open a restaurant of his own. Despite his hesitance, he felt a pull towards building something unique in his hometown.

He was drawn to Shuckin’ Shack Oyster Bar for its varied seafood menu and easy-going atmosphere. His friends had often said they wished something like it existed in Alpharetta, so he decided to bring that shared dream to life.
