With more than 800 locations in the US, Qdoba Mexican Eats is continuing to expand its footprint in Florida. It’s currently at work on its 25th location in the state, this time in Boca Raton, where submitted plan review paperwork shows an opening planned for 5030 Champion Blvd, Suite G14, in the Polo Club Shops.

The menu at Qdoba lets you “Create Your Own Masterpiece,” building your own bowl or burrito from proteins, add-ons, and other ingredients. Current seasonal favorites include Habanero Lime Steak (Tender steak sautéed with habanero sauce, lime juice, and fresh cilantro for the perfect hit of heat. Add Habanero Lime Steak to your bowl, burrito, or nachos today!) and Mango Salsa.

But what really sets Qdoba apart is the guac and queso, which don’t come with an up-charge.

“That’s been our big selling point, the free guac and queso on every order,” Michael Guiffre, the longtime franchisee behind the Boca Raton location, told What Now back in January.

What Now reached out Guiffre this week to ask about the Boca Raton location. Guiffre could not be reached immediately for comment.

Opening in the Polo Club Shops, Qdoba will join restaurants like Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen, MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes, First Wash, and Saka Asian Kitchen.
