According to a recently publicized press release, a new mixed-use development is preparing to open in Fredericksburg.
Coming to 1335 N US Hwy 87, The Meuse will land near establishments such as the equestrian store Chem Tac, Gutterman Raingutter Company, and the tire shop Krauskopf Tire & Wheel, LLC.
“Spanning a 22-acre site on Main Street adjacent to Downtown Fredericksburg, the project will showcase more than 70,000 square feet of thoughtfully curated retail spaces, diverse food and beverage offerings, and a luxury-branded hotel,” the statement announces.
Wade Greene of Colliers — “a global diversified professional services and investment management company,” per the release — adds, “This project will have a significant impact on both the local community and the booming tourism industry.”
He continues, “Our goal is to create a tenant mix that blends native Texan brands with carefully selected regional and national concepts, reflecting the character of Fredericksburg’s consumers and the Hill Country. We aim to offer an experience that complements the town’s history and authentic charm, which has been preserved even as it has evolved into one of the top destinations in the country.”
What Now San Antonio reached out to Greene to inquire about the upcoming development; however, he could not provide additional information before publication.
