Founded in Loxahatchee in 2015, Jabrewski’s Pizza Company offers “high quality and creatively daring pizzas that are handmade with love and fresh ingredients.” And soon, it will do so at two locations: Jabrewski’s has a second home in the works in Royal Palm Beach.
This week, What Now came across plan review paperwork showing a new Jabrewski’s Pizza Company opening at 1301 Royal Palm Beach Blvd. But as it happens, the Town-Crier reported last year on plans that had then been approved for a new Jabrewski’s Pizza Company to open in a 4,000-square-foot restaurant, to be built on the vacant lot left behind by Dunkin’.
Looks like those plans are coming to fruition!
Jabrewski’s owners, Ashley and Kacey, are “two inseparable sauce-slinging sisters who love good pizza and cold beer,” the restaurant’s website says. “Their love for pizza making was birthed at a young age, while working in their parents’ family pizza shop—which they had in the western communities, many years ago. Never losing their passion for the industry, they worked hard to make their dream of one day having their own shop a reality when they opened Jabrewski’s. With the help of Jerrad, Ashley’s husband, they applied their love for pizza to create fun offerings that you won’t experience anywhere else.”
What Now reached out to Ashley Jablonski on Wednesday to ask about plans for the Royal Palm rollout. Jablonski was not immediately available for comment.
