With more than a dozen locations currently in operation, and plenty more in the works, in states like Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and beyond, Yummy Bowl is a growing restaurant franchise offering Mongolian stir-fry and sushi. The brand is currently preparing to make its Florida debut in Boynton Beach, at 2282 N Congress Ave.

“It’s Mongolian barbecue, so we have a variety of fresh ingredients to choose from. Steak, shrimp, veggies,” Owen, the manager of the upcoming restaurant told What Now on Wednesday. “It’s the first Mongolian barbecue in the area. You don’t see it much in Florida.”

Other popular foods that have been featured on Yummy Bowl’s menus include Korean-style fried chicken and Japanese ramen. Menus vary by location, so we’ll have to wait and see what’s available in the Boynton location. (One thing we do know is that there will be beer and wine.)

“Customers can pick from a wide variety of fresh ingredients, which are then cooked by our skilled chef on a large circular grill in the center of the restaurant. We also offer all-you-can-eat sushi that’s made fresh to order. Guests can use the tablet at their table to request what they want, and it’s delivered directly to them.”

Sounds good to us! Yummy Bowl is opening sometime next month in the Shoppes at Boynton, the retail center on the northeast corner of the intersection with East Gateway Boulevard that is already home to restaurants like Miller’s Ale House and Keke’s Breakfast Cafe.
