With locations in Florida, New York, and California, Pura Vida is a brand with a mission to “establish a standard of health & wellness in the community, by providing acces to healthy and nutritious food, always.” And it’s doing so in ever more places—including, according to submitted plan review paperwork, in a new Pura Vida planned for Downtown Palm Beach Gardens.
The submitted paperwork shows the new Pura Vida opening at 11701 Lake Victoria Gardens Ave, Suite 3315. Meanwhile, the Downtown Palm Beach Gardens website confirms a Pura Vida location in the works there.
In addition to coffee and tea drinks, including specialties like the limited-time-only Strawberry Matcha Latte and the Blue Butterfly Latte, Pura Vida Miami serves up a variety of Superfood Smoothies. These include Playa Papaya (papaya, pineapple, coconut water), Super Greens (spinach, kale, cucumber, ginger, celery, pineapple, green apple, lemon), and Omer’s Post Workout (blueberry, banana, spinach, almond butter, almond mylk, vegan vanilla protein).
That’s alongside All Day Breakfast, acai bowls, salads, wraps, sandwiches, and more.
“At the core of our mission is to provide delicious and healthy food while creating a like-minded community with our diverse range of menu options, including vegan and gluten-free options,” says the brand’s website. “We aim to cater to the diverse dietary needs of our customers. Welcome to another day in paradise where health is happiness.”
