Dumont Creamery & Cafe is on its way to Sugar Land, with plans for a new shop at 4737 LJ Pkwy #300. The concept, known for its sweet offerings and casual cafe atmosphere, will be operated by Franchisee Praveen Kotla.
According to city permit filings, the space will undergo a remodel before opening its doors to customers. The listed scope of work covers a full renovation and alteration of the unit, with plans for a 1,300-square-foot layout.

The construction permit notes a start date August 2025, with an expected completion date in November 2025.
