Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is officially firing up the grills in Columbus. The restaurant will open its doors this fall at 6036 N. Hamilton Road, bringing its signature steaks, seafood, and scratch-made sides to the growing Hamilton Quarter development.
The brand, known for its wood-fired cooking and polished yet approachable atmosphere, was first announced for the area last year. Its new spot sits within Casto’s Hamilton Quarter, a mixed-use hub that has become a magnet for new dining and retail options on the Northeast side.
Firebirds will add to that mix with a menu highlighting bold flavors, a bar program featuring craft cocktails and an award-winning wine list, plus the chain’s hallmark open-flame kitchen at the center of the action.
