Strategic Hospitality has a new concept in the works for Wedgewood-Houston. It will bring a new concept to 611 Wedgewood Ave., taking the space that was home to Smokin’ Thighs, according to the Nashville Business Journal. Smokin’ Thighs closed last October.

The spot will be called Sally’s Stay Awhile, according to its website. It is described as “coming soon,” though an exact opening timeline has not been revealed. Further details regarding design and menu also remain unclear at this time.

Brothers Benjamin and Max Goldberg founded Strategic Hospitality in 2006. Acclaimed chef Josh Habiger joined as a partner later on. Strategic Hospitality has a variety of local concepts in its portfolio, including Bastion, The Catbird Seat, Henrietta Red, The Patterson House and Kisser. This will be the 12th concept to join their portfolio.

Most recently, Babychan, crafted in partnership with the chefs behind Kisser, joined the Strategic Hospitality lineup. It debuted this summer at the Neuhoff development, bringing Japanese-inspired bakery and cafe items to Germantown.
