Graze Craze continues its rapid national growth with the new Thousand Oaks location. Expert Grazologists™ will craft boards using premium meats, cheeses, and fresh produce, bringing the brand’s signature experience to Thousand Oaks.

The grazing-style concept has gained popularity nationwide for its artfully arranged boards designed for every occasion. This alternative to traditional dining brings something fun for every occasion. The artfully arranged boards filled with premium meats, cheeses, and more have become a party favorite in many places.

Owner’s Transition from the Fashion Workforce to Graze Craze

After a career in fashion design and online resale, owner Songzi Snodgrass is now bringing her creativity to charcuterie. Tracing her creative spirit back to her movie costume designer grandmother, she is now taking over a new challenge. Born and raised in Beijing, Snodgrass traces her creative spirit back to her grandmother, a movie costume designer who inspired her artistic path.

“I love taking on new challenges, using my creative side to craft boards, and bringing joy to our community with healthy bites everyone can indulge in,” said Songzi Snodgrass. “We were drawn to the Graze Craze concept because it focuses on healthy food and the gift of sharing it with others, allowing us to pursue our dreams of opening an eatery.”

Alongside her is her husband, David Snodgrass, who shares her passion for good food and design. He owns and operates a premium horse feed import business. The two will run the 900-square-foot space in Thousand Oaks.

“We’ll have something special for both the grazing horses and the people who care for them,” adds David Snodgrass.

The new store at 2940-E E. Thousand Oaks Blvd. in Oaks Plaza is open for business. The shop reflects the Snodgrass family’s passion for food and design in every detail.

The Graze Craze Menu Finds a New Home

Aiming to satisfy every palate, the Graze Craze menu offers an array of options to choose from. Different-sized servings, from the single-serve Char-Cutie-Cups to large Grab & Graze boards, there is something for everyone. The experience fits every occasion, making it accessible to everyone.

For dessert lovers, the Sweet & Grazey features chocolates, baked goods, and sweet dips. Owner Songzi Snodgrass recommends the Gone Grazey, which includes cured meats, premium cheeses, crackers, fresh produce, nuts, and more. ‘It has everything,’ she said.

The Vegegrazian brings a blend of fruits, vegetables, and cheese, making it the perfect choice for vegetarians. For those keeping an eye on their protein and sugar intake, The Grazey for Keto caters to those watching protein and carb intake. The Picnic Box packages any of the board styles into a portable option, perfect for date nights, picnics, or small celebrations.

Graze Craze Thousand Oaks is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with Sunday hours available by appointment.
