According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, a new dining concept, BCBG Restaurant, is preparing to open in Devine.
Coming to 1304 W Hondo Avenue, the eatery will soon be neighbored by the Mexican food restaurant Devine Cafe — known for its Tex-Mex plates and breakfast tacos — Devine Dental Care, and Morales Feed & Supply (a feed, supply, and hay shop).
What Now San Antonio reached out to the concept’s owner, Elizabeth Hill, to inquire about her plans for the upcoming restaurant; however, she could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, the filing reveals that renovations to the existing 11,478-square-foot building, which include halving the space, are scheduled to begin on October 1 and to be completed by the end of the year. Local firm GX2 Architects will carry out the project for an estimated $140,000.
An opening date has not been announced yet. Follow What Now San Antonio on Facebook for updates.
Yeah the reason they are moving to Harrison’s is because they own the building. Not because they want to open a 2nd restaurant . They have scammed and taken money off citizens in Devine and are late on their rent, they have no choice to move. Not to mention when they took over harriosns they left Mr. Harrison name on the business credit lines and took advantage of the suppliers. They are currently in multiple lawsuits including one with a major food distributor. All can be looked up and researched. Wonder where the $140k is coming from? Someone drank the kool aid
