The team that brought Good2theCore, a “bakery and dessert shop offering breakfast and coffee, including creative cupcakes,” to Delray Beach is now at work on another new concept: KoCo Cafe & Bakery. Opening at 320 N Congress Ave, Suite D, in Boynton Beach, according to submitted plan review documents, KoCo Cafe & Bakery will be serving up “Modern Inspired Caribbean and Latin flavors.

Helmed by Chef Kelvin and Chef Corenne, KoCo will be unveiled soon, says the new brand’s website: “Get Ready, Boynton Beach—Something Big is Coming!”

“Our menu is a love letter to bold Latin and Caribbean flavors, thoughtfully reimagined with a modern twist,” the website says. “From vibrant breakfasts to hearty, flavor-packed bites, every dish is chef-crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients and creative flair. Get ready for a dining experience that’s as exciting as it is delicious!”

To top it off, expect Fresh Baked Goods, Gourmet Desserts, and Craft Coffee & Beverages. It’s all headed to Boynton Beach this fall.

What Now reached out to Chef Corenne on Friday to ask about plans for the opening. The chef was not immediately available for comment.
