“Hereford Grill is more than just a restaurant – it’s a piece of Miami’s culinary heritage,” says Da Silva Hospitality CEO Erasmo Da Silva.
“We’ve honored its legacy while reimagining it for today’s diner, with a renewed focus on quality, sustainability, and bold, fire-driven flavors. We’re thrilled to welcome back fans of the original experience as well as new guests eager to take part in the next chapter of this iconic space,” he added.

Serving the Finest Cuts of Meat
Hereford Grill’s culinary team drew inspiration from Argentina and collaborated with Michelin-recognized Corte Comedor to craft an inventive menu.
The new menu blends old steakhouse favorites with modern creativity. Cooked on charcoal and wood fire, the new steak selection offers Certified Angus Beef and premium American Wagyu from three prominent suppliers, Urien Loza, Snake River Farms, and Niman Ranch. Choice cuts include Center-Cut Filet, Boneless Ribeye, and the ‘Manhattan Cut’ New York Steak.
House-made sausages are complemented by a selection of signature sauces. The restaurant will be serving the finest meat cuts with premium traceability and sustainability.
Menu Brings Steakhouse Classics
Hereford Grill has brought the steakhouse classics with some creative influences. It continues to pay homage to the restaurant’s traditional specialities. The highlights on the menu include several appetizers like Beef Tenderloin Grass-Fed Tartare and Sweetbreads with chickpea puree.
Salads include Endive with Pecorino cheese, anchovy dressing, fried capers, lemon, and toasted peanuts. Other main dishes on the menu are Pork Chop with an apple and rosemary sauce and Braised Short Rib with thyme sauce and black garlic and onion toppings.
Each dish will have accompaniments that include Roasted Sweet Potato with smoked butter and black salt, and Grilled Broccoli served with charred onion puree and whole grain dijon mustard.
With its legacy and bold new vision, Hereford Grill is set to become a must-visit destination for Miami steak lovers.
