A franchise offering coffee and beignets is heading to Charlotte.
Florida-based Beignets & Brew, which currently has 14 locations across Florida, Georgia and Alabama, is heading to South Mill at Elizabeth, a new development at 360 Fort Mill Pkwy. It will take a 2,050-square-foot space at the development, according to a release from MPV Properties. The spot will open early next year.
“We are beyond excited to bring the Beignets & Brew ‘sweetness’ to the town of Fort Mill and share an amazingly unique, inviting and delicious experience!” franchise owner Kristoffer Patrick said in the release. “The entire MPV team, especially Kevin Judd, could not have made this deal any smoother or easier. We have been immensely blessed to be surrounded by some genuinely great partners, and I can’t wait for everyone to have a truly one-of-a-kind ‘sweet’ encounter!”
Beignets & Brew offers New Orleans-style beignets alongside specialty coffee. The menu features coffee and tea beverages with specialty drinks like the Biscoff Cookie Butter Latte, the Nutella Latte and “power fizzies” such as the energy drink-infused Blue Razz Sour Apple.
The food menu offers a variety of beignets and a selection of dips, including buttercream, blueberry and chocolate dipping sauces. Other menu options include ice cream sundaes, smoothies and croissants.
Charlotte is listed as a “coming soon” location on the Beignets & Brew website, alongside a variety of other locations heading to states such as Arkansas, Tennessee and Virginia.
The website indicates that there is also a location heading to Raleigh.
