A popular Hopkinton pizza joint is getting a fresh start.
Crust & Co. Pizza & More will soon take over the former site of Hiller’s Pizzeria at 77 W Main St, according to a press release. Hiller’s officially closed on Sept. 1 following the conviction of its former owner, Petros “Peter” Sismanis, on charges of indecent assault and battery on a person over 14 and two counts of witness intimidation.
The new owner, Ryan Dion, is a seasoned restaurateur with more than two decades in the business. He co-founded 110 Grill and has helped launch dozens of restaurants across several states. Dion says his goal is to keep many of the same menu items locals loved at Hiller’s while giving the space an updated look and feel.
Guests can expect familiar Greek-style pizzas like Meat Lovers and Veggie, along with new Crust & Co. specials such as BBQ Chicken and Steak Bomb. Build-your-own pies with fresh, in-house dough will also remain a staple.
Beyond pizza, the menu will feature hearty pasta dinners, hot and cold subs and wraps, salads, shareable sides, and catering platters for larger gatherings.
“We’re thrilled to be a part of the Hopkinton community,” Dion said in a statement. “Many people have fond memories of this location, and we want to continue serving many of the same pizzas, subs, and salads they’ve enjoyed for years, while also offering some new creations and updating the space.”
An official opening date has not yet been set, but Dion says the doors will open “soon.” When Crust & Co. debuts, guests will be able to dine inside, outside on the patio, order takeout, or opt for in-house delivery.
Until then, pizza lovers can keep up with the latest progress on Facebook and Instagram.
