After growing up in New Orleans’ hospitality industry, brothers Alex and Miles Pincus have a highly successful New York City hospitality group to call their own. However, the newest venture from the brothers will be a return to the Crescent City. According to business filings and a permit filing for 622 Conti St., the Pincus brothers’ Crew hospitality group appears to be developing a French Quarter iteration of its highly successful HolyWater bar, which is located in Manhattan. What Now New Orleans has reached out for more information.

The New York City version of Holy Water opened in 2022. At the time, it was the first landlocked Crew hospitality venture, with previous ventures being adjacent to or on water. The small plates, drinks, and décor of all Crew ventures tie into either a nautical theme or the Pincus brothers’ Louisiana upbringing.
