Jersey Mike’s, the nationally ubiquitous sub shop, will soon be opening its doors at 1319 Saxon Drive in New Smyrna Beach, according to recent public records.
The upcoming location will be run by franchisee Eric Holm.
Founded in 1956 and boasting 2310 locations, the national brand is notable for its range of sandwich options, such as hot subs that can be topped with steak, chicken, and grilled mushrooms and cold subs that can be topped with turkey, ham, prosciutto, and a variety of cheeses. Jersey Mike’s also features the enormous Giant Sub which can feed up to four people.
No opening date has been announced.
