Humble is about to get another dose of coffee convenience. Dunkin’, operated locally by HZ Coffee Group LLC led by Amin Dhanani, is planning a new store at 15906 Woodland Hills Dr #100. The project will bring the familiar lineup of coffee, espresso drinks, and baked goods to a growing part of the community.
According to recently filed permits, the new Dunkin’ will take shape inside a 2,000-square-foot space that is currently being built out. The estimated cost of the renovation comes in at $560,000, with the work focused on creating a modern and efficient interior for guests. The build-out falls under renovation and alteration, transforming the existing structure into a fully branded Dunkin’ location.
The addition continues Dhanani’s push to expand Dunkin’s presence across the region. HZ Coffee Group LLC has been steadily growing the chain throughout Texas, tapping into demand for quick-service coffee shops that balance speed, affordability, and familiarity.
Work on the Humble store is scheduled to begin in October 2025, with completion expected by December 2025.
