According to Culture Map San Antonio, the brunch dining concept Box St. All Day is preparing to open its third outpost in the city, this time in Northwest San Antonio.
Coming to an upcoming development called The Portico at Shaenfield Ranch at 7807 W Loop 1604 N, the eatery will soon be neighbored by establishments such as the ice cream shop Kuma, Tiff’s Treats, and the Japanese cuisine restaurant Yoshiya Umami Beef Bowl.
What Now San Antonio reached out to the concept’s co-owner, Daniel Trevino — who operates the business alongside Chef and Co-Owner Edward Garcia III and Caroline Garcia-Bowman — to learn more about his plans for the upcoming location; however, he could not provide additional information before the time of publication.
For readers who are unfamiliar with the local business, Box St. All Day introduces itself as a “casual, dog-friendly spot for donuts, fried-chicken waffles, plus brunch mains and lunch dishes,” on its Google Business profile. It was previously a food truck & catering company called The Box Street Social, before opening its first brick-and-mortar location at 623 Hemisfair Boulevard, Suite 108, in January 2024. Its second outpost can be found at 17038 Fiesta Texas Drive, Suite 112.
In addition to the aforementioned menu items, the eatery offers burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, and panko fried chicken penne.
Backed by Texas developer Dominion Advisory Group, the 54,100 square-foot Shaenfield Ranch development plans to include restaurant, retail, office, and medical spaces. Eatery-wise, the center’s lineup will also feature Bitelo Brazilian Steakhouse, Crepeccino, D’Fish House, and El Mercado.
