Wonder, “a new kind of food hall,” is making a major push into Massachusetts.
After recently announcing plans to open in Natick and Burlington, the “fast-fine” chain has filed paperwork to launch another outpost at 571 Worcester Rd (Route 9) in Framingham. Its website also teases upcoming locations at 145 Great Rd (Route 2A) in Acton and 493 Trapelo Rd in Belmont.
The concept brings together dishes from acclaimed chefs like Bobby Flay, José Andrés, and Nancy Silverton, alongside established, top-tier restaurants such as Tejas Barbecue, Di Fara Pizza, and Fred’s Meat & Bread—all prepared under one roof.
Customers order through the Wonder app, and meals are delivered in under 30 minutes by the brand’s own drivers. While delivery is the focus, most locations also offer dine-in seating and pick-up.
Launched in 2018 by CEO Marc Lore as a fleet of food trucks, Wonder has grown to nearly 70 storefronts, with many more currently under development. The company already has a presence in neighboring states like Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Massachusetts openings are coming quickly: Natick, Framingham, Acton, and Belmont are slated for a November debut, with Burlington set to follow in early 2026.
