Two Pho Nine & Juicy Dumpling is preparing to make its mark in Tomball with a bold new take on Asian fusion dining. The restaurant is planned for 25517 TX-249 #150, filling a 4,346-square-foot space that is now moving into permitting and construction.
The project comes from Co-Owner Jason Dong, who has already built a portfolio of sushi and hibachi restaurants. Unlike his previous ventures, this one is a step into new territory. “This will be a new Asian fusion concept,” Dong confirmed, noting that while the idea is just getting started, it is designed to be unlike anything they currently operate.
According to recently filed permits, the scope of work calls for a lease space buildout of a full-service restaurant. The size and setup suggest a spacious dining environment with room to develop the creative vision Dong has in mind. For Tomball diners, it signals another option that expands the growing local food scene with both traditional elements and fresh combinations.
While the project is still in its early stages, Dong and his team are aiming for a Spring 2026 opening.
