Wingbay is setting its sights on the Houston suburbs with two new projects under Nasser Holdings. The brand has pulled permits for locations in both Spring and Katy, each designed as small restaurant spaces within existing shopping centers.
The Spring site, located at 20710 Kuykendahl Rd, will cover about 1,400 square feet. According to permit filings, the work will involve an interior remodel to adapt the space for fit for Wingbay. The project officially was set to kick off in September 2025.
In Katy, the new outpost will be at 806 Katy Fort Bend Rd #120 with a slightly smaller footprint at 1,350 square feet. That location will undergo a full interior buildout to bring it up to brand standards. Construction there was also to begin in September 2025.
Both openings point to Nasser Holdings’ continued investment in expanding eateries across the greater Houston area. While details on the menu and design for these specific restaurants have not yet been released, the parallel timelines suggest the company is targeting a coordinated launch later this year.
Both new Wingbay restaurants are expected to open in November 2025 per the permits on file with the state.
