Wood Partners bought the Lake Fairview property in August and is developing a Class-A community in Orlando. The community will feature lakefront apartments, upscale amenities, and a prime suburban location near Orlando’s popular neighborhoods.
Construction of The Edgewater Begins
Wood Partners, a national multifamily developer, breaks ground on The Edgewater project. Overlooking Lake Fairview, The Edgewater will feature 328 modern apartments designed for cost-effective, high-quality living.
According to PRNewswire, Bryan Borland, Executive MD at Wood Partners, stated, “With its lake frontage, adjacency to community parks, and convenience to some of Greater Orlando’s leading employment hubs, shopping, and dining destinations, this location is certain to appeal to a broad range of renters seeking a high-quality, attainable housing option.”
“Capitalizing on this dynamic, lakefront location, we’ve envisioned a community that exemplifies our commitment to Improving People’s Lives by Creating Better Communities,” added Borland.
Features and Amenities
The Edgewater will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with 56 units enjoying direct lakefront views. The development firm’s attainable communities also feature upscale amenities, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and modern amenities.
Wood Partners selected a suburban location that balances modern design with affordability for renters.
