Mia’s Table is making its way to Sugar Land with plans to open at 15908 Lexington Blvd. A recently filed permit shows the restaurant will take over a 5,579-square-foot space inside an existing shopping center, marking another step in the brand’s ongoing growth.

According to the permit, the project will be a full tenant buildout, transforming the space into a new restaurant. The work is listed as a renovation and alteration, which means the location is being adapted to fit the familiar style of Mia’s Table.

The Sugar Land outpost will give local diners a chance to enjoy the restaurant’s well-known lineup of comfort foods, which typically include burgers, chicken fried steak, salads, and homemade desserts. The concept has gained a loyal following in Houston and surrounding areas, and the expansion to Sugar Land shows there is still plenty of demand for its family-friendly atmosphere and menu.

The project is scheduled to begin in June 2026, with completion expected by December 2026.
