Shipley Do-Nuts is preparing to open another Houston-area shop, this time in Katy. A permit filing shows the new location will be at 4019 Pitts Rd, Suite 101, with the project being led by Co-Franchisee Lillian Lee.
Plans detail a full build-out of the 1,575-square-foot space, which will include a dining area, kitchen, food line, new ceilings, lighting, and updated restrooms. Construction will also bring in new partitions, A/C ducts, and other upgrades to prepare the shop for opening.
Shipley Do-Nuts has been on an expansion streak in Texas and beyond, continuing to grow its footprint while keeping its signature lineup of donuts, kolaches, and coffee at the center of each new store. The Katy addition marks another step in that growth, aiming to serve both longtime fans and new customers in the area.
The project is set to begin construction in October 2025, with completion expected in December 2025.
