The building located at 410 Ware Blvd, between Lunar Drive and Ware Circle, looks to be welcoming a new restaurant as a tenant. Plan review paperwork submitted by 305 Bites LLC shows a restaurant called 305 Bites opening in Suite 110 at that address.
Details on 305 Bites have yet to be released.
What Now reached out on Tuesday to one of the owners behind the 305 Bites to ask about plans for the opening and the details about its menu. The owners were not immediately available for comment on the restaurant—which leaves us with lots of questions, for the moment—but What Now is awaiting more info by email.
Opening in the 410 Ware Blvd building, 305 Bites would serve a largely business-based clientele, with few other restaurants situated nearby. To the north, at the intersection with East Adamo Drive, is Latin Grill Tampa, at the Quality Inn and Conference Center Tampa-Brandon.
