A Milestone for Thompson Thrift: The Levi, a 212-Unit Luxury Community

A nationally recognized real estate company and a multifamily developer, Thompson Thrift, has recently celebrated the ribbon cutting for The Levi. The multifamily complex features a new 212-unit Class A luxury apartment community in the heart of the Atlanta suburb of Stockbridge.

Move-ins began in August, with full construction scheduled for completion by February 2026, according to the official website.

“Celebrating the official ribbon cutting for The Levi is an exciting milestone for our team,” said Angie Atkins, senior vice president of community management for Thompson Thrift.

“The Levi offers beautifully designed homes, high-end finishes, and a vibrant community setting. We are thrilled to bring this new living option to the Atlanta area.”

During the ribbon-cutting celebration, guests toured the model home complex and community clubhouse. The company also launched a donation drive benefiting A Friend’s House, a local nonprofit that supports children in crisis through shelter and care services.

Modern Homes with Premium Amenities

The complex is located at 1400 Jr. Grant Blvd. The Levi is spread across nearly 15 acres. It features one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, and each home offers premium and modern amenities like stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring, and walk-in showers.

The apartments also include smart-home features, full-sized washers and dryers, and optional detached garages. Select upgraded homes feature soft-close cabinetry, full-height backsplashes, and custom closet systems.

The Levi’s gated community offers a wide range of upscale amenities as well, such as a 24-hour fitness center, resort-style pool, pickleball court, dog park, pet spa, firepits, and more. For entertainment, residents can enjoy billiards and shuffleboard tables, an outdoor grilling area, a social space, and private focus suites for remote working.

Strategic Location Near Retail and Dining

The Levi is part of the 158-acre Bridges at Jodeco, a master-planned development in Stockbridge. This prime location will give the residents access to retail destinations like Costco, Starbucks, and Chick-fil-A.

The community is minutes from major retailers like Target, The Home Depot, and PetSmart, as well as Atlanta’s vibrant dining scene.

With more than 40 years of experience, Thompson Thrift has invested over $6.5 billion in community developments across the country. The Levi underscores Thompson Thrift’s continued focus on delivering high-quality multifamily and commercial projects nationwide.
