Panini Kabob Grill, a California-based restaurant that specializes in healthful Mediterranean food is planning on opening a location in Chandler, Arizona.

As of now, an exact location has not been announced, but the company website announces it’s “coming soon” to Chandler some time in 2026.

Panini Kabob Grill was founded in 1997 and offers Mediterranean favorites with Persian influences from its scratch kitchens. The restaurant prides itself in using high-quality, fresh ingredients. The restaurant cooks meals to order, pledging to never serve pre-cooked or re-heated foods.

Menu items include marinated kabobs in a variety of proteins including chicken, beef, salmon, and jumbo shrimp. Other highlights include pastas, soups, salads, and appetizer. The restaurant also offers catering services for events and parties. Platters include hummus trays, kabobs, various salads, and desserts. In addition, there are family pasta trays — premade and ready to heat dinners that feed a hungry family of four to six people. The family trays are served with bread and a choice of  Mediterranean Greek, romaine avocado, or Caesar salad.

Panini Kabob has about 30 locations, primarily located throughout Southern California.  The company is growing with plans to open several more restaurants in California, along with a restaurant in Las Vegas and one in Chandler.
