Pure Green, a wellness-focused juice bar known for cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and açaí bowls, is getting ready to open in Thousand Oaks at 245 North Moorpark Road, Suite A.
The company’s newest location will open within the Janss Marketplace shopping center, according to signage on the building. Franchise owner Gwendolyn Henry tells What Now Los Angeles that the store is expected to open in November or December. Guests can expect a menu featuring superfood smoothies, handcrafted açaí bowls, cold-pressed juice, and wellness shots.
Founded in New York City in 2014, Pure Green has rapidly grown to over 70 locations nationwide, with plans to reach 100 by early 2026. While the brand has a strong East Coast presence, it’s now accelerating expansion across the West Coast. The Thousand Oaks store will be one of several new California locations, including recent or upcoming openings in Carlsbad, Mission Viejo, Granite Bay, and San Luis Obispo.
Each Pure Green location aims to reflect the local community, and the Thousand Oaks site is no exception. With a focus on fresh, nutrient-dense offerings made to order, the brand promotes functional wellness in a fast-casual format. Its recent growth has been supported by increased franchise interest and a streamlined development process.
The menu includes a range of made-to-order items such as the Mocha Cold Brew smoothie with almond butter and whey protein, the Pure Berry smoothie with coconut water and fresh fruit, and multiple açaí bowl variations topped with hemp granola, nut butters, and superfoods. Cold-pressed juices are made without preservatives or artificial ingredients and are formulated with up to five pounds of produce per bottle.
This Thousand Oaks location is expected to attract health-conscious residents and visitors seeking convenient, clean-label food options in a high-traffic corridor. It will join a growing network of Pure Green stores designed to meet increasing demand for performance-driven nutrition.
