With a staggering number of locations (more than 4,100 in the U.S. alone!), Dairy Queen is a constant mainstay for burgers, ice cream, and more when you’re on the go. This whopping number includes both DQ’s full-service “Grill & Chill” locations and its primarily ice cream-focused “Treat” locations.
A new DQ Grill & Chill is now in the works in Dade City, where plan review paperwork submitted by Yogiraj 18, LLC shows it opening at 37894 Whitehouse Avenue.
There you’ll be able to enjoy DQ’s signature Stackburgers, which come in varieties like the FlameThrower, the Cheese Deluxe, and the Backyard Bacon Ranch. And that’s alongside the Blizzard, a perennial favorite that comes in varieties like Oreo Reese’s, Peppermint Bark, Choco-Dipped Strawberry, and more.
What Now confirmed news of the opening on Tuesday with Parth Patel, one of the franchisees behind the new location. Patel said the new DQ Grill & Chill is working toward opening on March 1, 2026.
