There’s something new coming to St. Pete Beach.

The site in question is on Pass-a-Grille Way, between 20th and 21st Avenues, where plan review paperwork submitted by Molly Moo’s LLC shows a restaurant by that name (Molly Moo’s) in the works.

Opening at 2004 Pass-a-Grille Way, Molly Moo’s would join a food and drink community that includes Shaner’s Land & Sea Market; Red, White and Booze; and the Wharf Restaurant.

Behind Molly Moo’s LLC are Helen and Charles Collom. What Now reached out Helen Collom this week to ask about plans for Molly Moo’s, its timeline for opening, and its menu offerings. Collom was not immediately available for comment on the news, but we’re hoping to receive an update soon.

Given the dairy-focused name, and given the setting (right by the beach!) we’re betting there will be ice cream on the menu.

Stay tuned for more details about Molly Moo’s as they come to light!
