A Burlington-born brewing team is opening its first permanent digs.

Fable Brewing Company is launching a brick-and-mortar brewery and taproom at 3 Gill St in Woburn, reports Boston Restaurant Talk. The team announced the milestone on social media.

“We’re thrilled to announce that Fable Brewing Company has officially secured a location for our brick-and-mortar home!” they wrote. “This isn’t just a building—it’s the beginning of something magical. A place where stories are shared, legends are brewed, and every pint has a tale to tell.”

Founded in 2023 by three Burlington residents—head brewer James Sparks, a U.S. Air Force veteran and former chef-restaurateur; COO Oscar Almeida; and CFO Asheen Phansey—Fable blends traditional brewing techniques with modern, imaginative recipes. Guests can expect whimsical brews like the Little Red Red Ale, Big Bad Wolf Brown Ale, and 7 Dwarves IPA.

Once complete, the Woburn taproom is expected to be a place “where folks who appreciate fantasy and storytelling come together to tell stories through beer.”

Details on the opening timeline and potential food offerings remain under wraps for now, but What Now Boston has reached out to company representatives for more information.
