Little Crow Vineyards Production Facility and Tasting Room Coming to Brooklyn

Teutonic Wine Company will soon have a neighboring winery in the area.

A Willamette-based winery will soon have a space southeast of downtown.

Jess Miller Wines recently submitted a liquor license application for at 3315 SE 19th Avenue E in Brooklyn. According to the application, this will be a winery open once a week. Jess Miller told What Now Portland there is not yet an opening date.

Miller is the owner of Little Crow Vineyards, which is located in the middle of the Willamette Valley. She sells her wines online, and also organizes a wine club that distributes wine bottles. After starting the winery in 2016, this will be her first location in the city.

“I do all the farming (pruning, tractor work, canopy work, biodynamic and organic sprays) on two vineyards, and then I hop into the winery for crush and make the wine,” says the description on her website.

In the application, it is listed there will be four outdoor seats. The hours of operation are from 10 a.m.-midnight on Wednesdays, and there will be music playing in the space.

The new winery will be close to Teutonic Wine Company off of SE Powell Road. This is in the northern part of the Brooklyn neighborhood, which is on the east side of the river. There is not yet an update on the company’s social media about the new location opening.

Miller is expected to provide more information on the opening in the coming weeks.
