Daydreamer Coffee, the café known for its intentional hospitality, craft coffee and matcha beverages, and aesthetic atmosphere, announced its newest opening on Friday, November 7, 2025, in the heart of Rainey Street District. This opening marks the brand’s second location in Austin and eighth U.S. location, continuing to bring Austinites a dreamy space built to energize creativity, nurture self-discovery, and spark community connection.

Situated on the first floor of the 48-story luxury apartment building, Paseo, the new Daydreamer is designed with Austin’s soulful energy in mind. With cozy co-working-style seating, warm tones, and thoughtful creative touches, the space feels like an extension of home – an invitation to pause, dream, and be inspired.
Beyond the traditional espresso and matcha beverages, Daydreamer dreams bigger to craft innovative, seasonal drinks with high quality ingredients for guests including seasonal standouts like the Cookie Butter Latte, topped with vanilla cold foam and Biscoff cookie crumbs; the Toasted Matcha, A hazelnut matcha latte topped with white chocolate cold foam and chocolate, and Peppermint Mocha Latte, topped with whipped cream and mini peppermint patties. These specialty drinks are part of the concept’s seasonal Wrapped In A Daydream, which is available through starting November 7. Other menu highlights include a Honey Oat Latte and the Daydreamer Matcha, along with traditional coffee beverages and teas. To accompany Daydreamer’s beverage menu, the new location will offer an assortment of fresh pastries from local farm-to-table bakery Texas French Bread. In addition, residents and locals can also indulge in Daydreamer’s first-ever wine program with a curated selection of wines perfect for an after-work happy hour or to wind down on the patio after a long day.
In collaboration with its Rainey Street neighbors and other like-minded brands, Daydreamer looks forward to hosting local events, resident mixers, and brand partnership activations where guests feel inspired to share their moments online and in real life.
