An acclaimed Chicago hospitality group is bringing a trio of new dining and drinking concepts to Boston.
According to a press release, Episcope Hospitality—co-founded by David Morton of the legendary Morton’s Steakhouse family—will introduce three new venues to South Station Tower, the newly completed 51-story mixed-use landmark rising above Boston’s busiest transit hub at 680 Atlantic Ave.
At the heart of the lineup is The Moseley, a full-service, casual fine-dining restaurant named after 19th-century leather dealer Alex Moseley, whose legacy helped shape the nearby Leather District. Expect “a range of refined yet approachable dishes,” from gourmet salads and fresh seafood to expertly prepared chops, a signature burger, and inventive cocktails.
Meanwhile, Proper Fare, an all-day café and market, will offer coffee, sandwiches, salads, and chef-made grab-and-go options for those on the move. Designed with busy commuters in mind, the space will balance efficiency with comfort, welcoming guests from early mornings to after-work hours.
And finally, a yet-to-be-named bar and lounge will act as a “sophisticated extension” of The Moseley. The day-to-night space will transition seamlessly from midday coffee to evening cocktails, with a curated beverage program and a warm, refined atmosphere.
“Boston is a city that values authenticity and excellence, two qualities that define how we approach hospitality,” said Morton in a statement. “South Station Tower is the perfect canvas: a place where history meets innovation, and where a true sense of community can thrive. We’re honored to help shape the culinary and social identity of such a transformative project.”
All three concepts are slated to open in the spring of 2026, delivering what the team calls “the full spectrum of modern dining.” Residents and tenants at South Station Tower will enjoy exclusive perks including catering, in-home dining service, priority reservations, preferred pricing, and daily programming.
