Open 24/7, Pinecrest Bakery is a growing Cuban bakery that has already reached 34 locations (25 of which company-owned, 9 of which franchised) in South Florida, and it shows no sign of stopping. A new location is now on the way to Boynton Beach, opening at Boynton Beach Boulevard and South Military Trail.

“We’re shooting for next year,” co-owner Gladys Valdes told What Now on Wednesday. “We recently opened our location in West Palm Beach, on Military Trail, and we wanted to bring another one to the surrounding neighborhoods.”

An announcement on the Pinecrest Bakery website described the opening as “a major milestone in our growth journey, as we continue to expand north and share the flavors that make Pinecrest Bakery feel like home to so many.”

In other Pinecrest Bakery news, the brand recently debuted several new menu items: El Jefe (a double steak sandwich) and La Jefa (a double chicken sandwich). Also on offer as the holiday season approaches are holiday meals and desserts that provided everything you need for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or the New Year (or all three!).

“We are coming to a neighborhood near you!” Valdes said. “We’re very excited to be come part of the community. We are there for breakfast, lunch, dinner, birthday parties, christenings—for any celebration of life, we’re there for you.”
