According to the health inspection report, the establishment is expected to deep-clean the entire facility, properly store all food during treatment, and contact a licensed pest control company. The restaurant must provide a copy of the most recent pest control report before re-inspection.

The restaurant can request a re-inspection once all violations are addressed. The report states that if live vermin activity is found during re-inspection, the facility’s permit will remain suspended.
