A large food park coming soon to Milwaukie will include a sushi addition.
On their social media, 1847 Food Park recently announced The Sushi San will set up a food truck at the park, 1925 SE Scott Street. Sushi San co-owner Seng Pan told What Now Portland he is hoping to open by next spring.
The Sushi San is currently in West Linn at 1590 Willamette Falls Drive. They are known for sushi burritos and poke bowls, with ingredients like spicy ground tuna, salmon, imitation crab and vegetables. Teriyaki bowls and sushi donuts are also favorites. Pan said the menu for the new food truck will be the same.
1847 Food Park is at the corner of SE Scott Street and SE Main Street, across from Canby Asparagus Farm Casa de Tamales and The Wild Horse coffee shop. This is right in Milwaukie’s downtown.
Other concepts that will join the food park are Migration Brewing, which will headline the park, and Greek Gods Gyro. More concepts are expected to be revealed soon. The project was first announced in September and is expected to open as a whole around December.
