  • The interior side of the produce walk-in cooler door was significantly damaged.
  • The floor was observed to be dirty under the flattop.
  • The interior wall was exposed at the cook line hand sink.
  • The report said the base of the door to the protein walk-in cooler was significantly damaged.

Follow-up Inspection
