The report noted cooked chicken cooling at room temperature in a plastic container, at 121°F, placed there roughly 20 minutes earlier.

The report highlights that no sanitizer bucket solution was available at the time of inspection. The facility had a severe rodent infestation, an active cockroach infestation, and dead cockroaches, evidenced by their presence in numerous locations throughout the restaurant.
