Arizona Charlie’s on Boulder Highway, which features 300 rooms and suites, an outdoor pool and hot tub, and free parking, plus a bingo hall, plenty of slots, a sportsbook, and a variety of restaurants, is expanding its restaurant portfolio with a new Denny’s diner.

“It’s going to be the same menu you can find at any Denny’s,” franchisee Vince Eupierre told What Now on Monday. “It’ll be like any other Denny’s: we take good care of you.”

A Denny’s franchisee for 30 years, Eupierre has grown with the brand over the years, operating Denny’s locations in Vegas, Colorado, and California.

“I’m very proud and very excited about the brand,” Eupierre says. “We always make sure we’re taking care of the customer, and thanking people for their patronage over so many years. The future is bright.”

The 24-hour diner and restaurant is most famous for its classic Original Grand Slam (Two fluffy buttermilk pancakes served with two eggs made your way, two Applewood-smoked bacon strips and two all-pork sausage links). It has evolved over the years, giving birth to variations like the Berry Waffle Slam and the Berry Stuffed French Toast Slam, both currently featured on the restaurant’s website, along with beverages like Peppermint Hot Chocolate and Salted Caramel Cold Brew coffee.

“For over 70 years, Denny’s has been a welcoming place where people can connect over great food,” the website says. “We’re always open, always serving your favorites, and we’re proud to be America’s diner.”

Opening at Arizona Charlie’s Boulder, Denny’s will join restaurants like Sourdough Cafe, PT’s Express, and Dunkin’ Donuts.
