Spacca Tutto, a new Italian American steakhouse concept from James Beard Award-winning chef Nancy Silverton in partnership with Caruso and River Jetty Restaurant Group, is getting ready to open in Pacific Palisades at Palisades Village.

The company’s newest concept is set to move into a rebuilt section of Palisades Village, marking a significant step in the property’s recovery following the January 2025 fires, according to a press release. While Spacco Tutto isn’t expected to open until August 2026, early renderings and concept details have already been released, offering a first look at the restaurant’s direction. The project brings together Silverton, Caruso, and River Jetty Restaurant Group to introduce a steakhouse that blends Italian and American influences. Customers can expect a menu grounded in chi SPACCA traditions, classic steakhouse offerings, and an all-day dining format.

“Los Angeles has such a strong community, and the restaurant industry has always been a big part of that. I wanted to bring a new concept to the west side, pulling inspiration from the Italian flavors that Angelenos know well, alongside some new dishes inspired by a classic American steakhouse. I’m honored to be a part of the future of the Palisades,” Silverton said in a press release.

Spacca Tutto will anchor the reimagined Palisades Village and serve as a key component of the center’s redevelopment strategy. The restaurant’s name, which colloquially translates to “go for it” or “give it your all,” reflects the spirit of the community and its efforts to rebuild. Caruso describes the project as an important moment for the district, which plans to bring in best-in-class operators as it reopens in phases. The concept is designed to serve both residents and visitors with a mix of lunch, dinner, and bar service.

“The name Spacca Tutto reflects resilience, creativity, and courage, the same qualities driving the Palisades community to come roaring back in 2026,” Caruso, Founder and Executive Chairman at Caruso, said in a press release. “With Nancy and River Jetty, we’re creating something bold and unmistakably Palisades.”

The menu will include a robust steak program, American classics, salads, seafood, seasonal vegetable dishes, and a bar menu of smaller bites. A wine list featuring nearly 250 Italian and domestic labels will be paired with a “fast craft” cocktail menu developed for efficiency and consistency. These offerings align with current trends toward flexible, all-day hospitality that fits a wide range of guest needs.

The restaurant will be designed by AvroKO, an interior design firm known for its work on hospitality projects throughout the world. The partnership between Nancy Silverton and River Jetty Restaurant Group reflects a shared focus on hospitality, team development, and community engagement. For Silverton, Spacca Tutto continues her ongoing expansion, which includes Osteria Mozza, Pizzeria Mozza, Mozza2Go, chi SPACCA, and international locations in Singapore and Mexico.

River Jetty Restaurant Group brings experience from its portfolio of Southern California concepts, including A Restaurant, A Market, CdM Restaurant, A Crystal Cove, and A PCH. Caruso, the developer behind The Grove, The Americana at Brand, and the ultra luxury Rosewood Miramar Beach resort, continues to expand its hospitality footprint through projects like this one at Palisades Village.

“At River Jetty, we pride ourselves on creating spaces that bring people together through exceptional food and genuine hospitality,” Joseph “McG” Nichol, Partner and Co-Founder of River Jetty Restaurant Group. “We’re honored to partner with Nancy and the Caruso team on a concept that brings that shared passion to life and celebrates the Palisades community we’re so proud to join.”
