Local nail salon chain Sugar Polish has filed a permit for a new location at 2202 Marietta Blvd NW, with plans listed for construction on the space.
The permit indicates that it will be moving into a first-generation tenant space. Construction is still to come and the spot is still months out from opening. Current plans indicate that the location will open sometime next year.
Owner Jaden Tran confirmed the permit with What Now Atlanta but stated that while the permit was filed under Sugar Polish’s name, the location will be called something else. Tran declined to comment further at this time.
Sugar Polish Nail Bar began in 2018 with a location in Athens, and it expanded two years later to West Midtown. The brand offers manicures, pedicures and waxing services in a modern, clean environment. In 2024, it expanded to a couple more locations in Poncey-Highland and Lumen Briarcliff.
