Sasha’s Sourdough Bakery, a well-loved local sourdough brand, is working toward opening its first brick-and-mortar location in Historic Dublin. The bakery, known for bold flavors and naturally fermented loaves, had originally targeted an October debut.
According to an update shared with customers, unexpected construction costs have paused the buildout and delayed the opening. Sasha said the team is continuing to push forward and is committed to bringing the bakery to its new home as soon as possible.
Sasha’s Sourdough has earned a strong following through markets, pop-ups and online orders, with customers praising the time-intensive methods and handcrafted quality behind each loaf. The upcoming shop is expected to expand the menu and offer a consistent place for fans to purchase bread, pastries and seasonal items.
An updated opening timeline has not yet been set, but work on the space is ongoing. Sasha expressed gratitude for the community support that has helped the brand grow and said more updates will be shared as progress continues.
